Arne Sorensen

Attorney at law

A general practitioner in Livingston who grew up on a cow-calf place south of town.

Arne opened the office on Callender Street after several years as a clerk and associate in Bozeman. His practice is the work a county seat needs from its lawyer: wills and probate, land and ranch transactions, and family cases. Out-of-town firms bring him in as local counsel for hearings and closings in Park County.

He keeps the practice small on purpose so he can return calls himself, and he still drives out for signings when a client can't make the stairs.

Why a town practice

Close enough to drive to the courthouse

A lawyer in town knows the clerks, the judges' calendars and which county road floods in May. That's most of the value of hiring someone local, and it's why this office serves Park County and its neighbors rather than the whole state.
